The Shield Foundation recently awarded four scholarships to deserving students, continuing its commitment to creating educational opportunities for WGCC employees and their families.

Thanks to our volunteers, The Shield Foundation continues to make a meaningful difference through service, outreach, and community Partnerships.

In the early days of the war in Ukraine, WGCC employee Dan Zellhoefer and his family found themselves racing against time to bring a loved one to safety. Through the support of The Shield Foundation and the generosity of the WGCC community, Alina's mother, Svetlana, was able to escape the conflict and begin a new chapter in the United States. Their story is a powerful reminder of the difference a caring community can make.
